Your Gordon broke down in Bournemouth on September 2nd and you managed to push it all the way home, arriving hungry, thirsty, cold and tired on 31/12/63. But what we REALLY want to know is about all those rumours of what you did while pushing Gordon through Milton Keynes!

Seriously though: how about, er, "fun" and/or engagement in Sept and marriage in dec?

Brown?
Ramsey?
Bennett?

No thanks!

OK so the body fell off in Bournemouth and got mangled, or got hit by a low flying plane at Hurn airport. New body ordered and finally fitted on Dec 31st

Sept you returned from the continent in a Bristol Type 170 Freighter, landing at Hurn with Gordon packed to the gunwhales with Duty Free Hooch for your New Year's Eve Party?*

I have a jazz CD and at the end of one song two of the band have this little chat:

"Say, Byron old Buddy, let me aks you a question: where were you on the night of August the 15th?"

"Well Ian old pal, I was coming home.        From a New Year's Eve Party."

It was a really tough conundrum. Here is my guess:
In 1963 sales of bubble cars like the Isetta declined and sales of bigger cars like the Mini picked up, not least of all for reasons related to shall we say 'politics'? In 1964 the production of the Isetta in Brighton was discontinued as it made less sense to buy one. Right?

Was the 31st Dec 1963 the last time your Gordon UKR 696 was allowed unrestrained outdoor exercise before being condemned to a period of hibernation?

Your Gordon is a three-wheeler, isn't it?
