Its called a boat and we used to have an awful lot of them trading all over the place as a maritime nation.

I guess but the film did feature G-wiz's and they are microcars.

This reminds me of the Bond Bug Edwin and I found on the airport in Antigua many, many years ago.  It had its own solar battery sitting in the back window.  The chap himself worked at the airport and used his Bond Bug to travel to work every day, what a lovely thought.  Jean

Why not electrify the Hanger Lane Gyratory in the style of a huge bumper car ring. All powered by the sun from the top and gusts of gough from Westminster through a turbine? Greener than the Mighty Mekon.
