Click to blow the photo up to original size and you can see the triple-death-ray silencer that's fitted!  So what is the front end from?  It looks a bit like small tractor bits to me.

Great fun! This was posted recently on J Poll's Bubblecars, Micros and Scooters Facebook page. Yup, front mechanicals look like ride-on-mower or mini-tractor parts. Reminiscent of the BSA Ladybird. Fun, but only in good weather!

Cannot remember but its ugly. I think several have been found now. Would Frank Tunig have one?
