cartoon caption contest

a treat this time . the Bond info magazine regularly carry cartoons by enthusiastic member Dennis Jump . i have asked Dennis whether we could use this months cartoon for a caption . Dennis agreed - no problem BUT please note this copyright belongs to Dennis Jump and may not be used without his prior consent - we have it , now what can we make of it ? One proviso it was in Bond Info so no cheating from readers , in a while we can have Dennis' caption - but not yet  ;)

Sorry officer but I didnt realise there was a minimum speed limit, you see I bought this car from Richard Warren and as we all know , none of his cars ever work, thats why I was coasting slow.   

Officer.... SLOW??? Look at the tarmac, you are being overtaken by a glacier!!!!

Well Officer, of course I know it's making all the roads slippery but I just HAVE to cover it in moisturiser to keep it looking young...it's worth it!
