this from Jan de Lange in the Netherlands , you see how international we are
: Glad you like them. Yes, you can use them. The Fargo is the transporter
that was used by Dutch Goggomobil importer Gremi in the late fifties and
early sixties.
The tiny car on top of another car is a 1947 Volpe, or ALCA Volpe. It
was transported to the Geneva motor show by this Fiat 1100.
I'm sure you recognise the Volkswagen transporter with the
Kleinschnittgers. The German Schuco firm makes of model of the
Volkswagen with two Kleinschnittgers on its roof, but they don't make
the trailer, so I made it myself.
The Goggomobil Coupés covered in plastic are protected from the soot of
the ancient steam locomatives that were still in use in Germany in the
1950s. They were the forebodes of the plastic-covered Audis you see on
top of trailers these days.
The transporter with the Bonds could be the one that delivered the 5
cars to the Netherlands in 1965, but that's by no means certain.
